Quick Guide to Refill Your Ink Pen Cleanly

Replacing your ink cartridge or refilling your ink converter doesn’t need to be a messy endeavor.

Follow our instructions below. We know it’ll make your process quick, easy, and clean!

But just in case…

Keep a damp towel nearby. And something to cover the surface your working above. Just to be extra careful!

Pen Components

First things first. Lets get to know your pen.

There are really only a handful of components that make up your pen.

There’s a cap, nib unit (which holds a nib and feed), section (the part you’ll grip), and barrel.

A cartridge or converter attaches to the rear of the nib unit. It should fit snugly and should not come off during operation (writing, etc.).

Ink Converter

Option 1: Fill your converter whiles it is attached to your section
Option 2: Fill your converter when it’s detached from your section

You’ll need to remove the converter from your pen if it is already attached to your pen.

After the converter is full of ink, insert it snugly into the rear of the section and screw the section into your pen’s barrel. All done!
